Our Organic Penne pasta is drawn through bronze dies, giving the pasta a deep porosity that allows it to absorb sauces and maintain its integrity without breaking. The drying process takes about 24 hours at low temperature. This requires a longer process but guarantees a final product of premium quality.
Our producer selects all the ingredients directly on his locality, thus creating a short supply chain, starting from the ingredients and through their processing guarantees the final consumer an ethical approach to work and respect for the environment.
