Sardinian Food & Drink Pop-Up - Tottenham Social at Craving Coffee

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Sardinian food and drink pop-up this June 27th - 29th at Craving Coffee, Tottenham Hale! For the three evenings, we will join forces with Matteo Frugone and Paolo Del Pizzo, two talented young chefs currently working in London.  

Paolo has moved to London and since gained experience working in both fine dining and more informal settings, such as Salut! in Islington and the Michelin Starred Texture restaurant. His love for both wine and food has also led him to him obtaining a Wine & Spirit Education Trust level 3 certification.

Matteo has been working as a head chef in both traditional and Michelin Starred restaurants across Italy, Spain and the UK. Basing his style in traditional, seasonal flavours, he has a respect for the best produce available year-round, paired with the best independently sourced specialty produce, to create simple dishes with high quality and impact.

We love hosting events where we can share our Sardinian ingredients and recipes, aromas, flavours and textures with you. It is important to us to use these traditional Sardinian ingredients alongside fresh, locally sourced and seasonal produce. For our pop up restaurant, we are also working with fishmonger Jaines & Son for our fresh fish, H.G Walter for our fresh lamb, and our seasonal vegetables from Farm Direct
