A four-course collaboration between Capo Caccia Fine Food and Paisan, whose chef Tiberio Simonelli brings experience from some of London’s most experimental independent restaurants, including Rita’s, Fallow, Carousel and Mr. JI, expressed in creative dishes with a respect for traditional Italian cooking.
