Soft and creamy goat's cheese with stark blue streaks throughout, Crablu' is well ripened with penecilium roqueforti and sea salt then seasoned for at least 60 days in a very humid environment at a temperature of 12 degrees. 

The cheese has a delicate aromatic flavor, which evokes the herbal aromas found in the Sardinian 'macchia mediterranea' (Mediterranean bush) environment, and a sweet aftertaste with a strong, piquant ending.
