Crema del pastore is the young version of our pecorino sardo made with thermised sheep's milk. It is a caciotta-pecorino cheese aged for 20-30 days with a very creamy, semi-soft texture and a delicate flavour with sweet aftertaste.
The cheese is ideally suited for a cheese-on-toast snack, bruschetta or a vegetable cheese salad. It is also good for cooking because it melts very well, adding texture and flavour to your dishes.
