Theria is a Vermentino di Sardegna, Alberto Loi, DOC white wine, made with 100% Vermentino grapes.
It is spontaneously fermented, at controlled temperature, in stainless steel silos and it refines in the bottle.
it is a bright yellow colour wine, slight Pétillance, intense and complex on the nose, nicely textured, great acidity, with white flowers blended to the soft notes of spice and dried fruit and citrus aromas. The taste is gently warm, dry and mineral; intense and persistent.
It goes perfectly with seafood, appetizer, white meat and fresh cheese. Serving cold.
