Dispatch days: Tuesday & Wednesday
Delivery window: Thursday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Order by Monday for same-week delivery
Final cut-off: Wednesday at 9:00 AM
Orders placed after the cut-off may arrive the following week.
Christmas Delivery Information
Place your online order by 19th December
Our last shipment date is 22nd December
Last Click & Collect from Crystal Palace Market is 20th December
Last Click & Collect from our unit is 23rd December
Please note that our unit will close between Christmas and New Year. Orders placed between 23rd December - 5th January will be shipped from Tuesday 6th January 2026.
Delivery Requirements
Someone must be available to receive the parcel.
We do not leave parcels with neighbours unless instructed.
Use the checkout notes to:
Provide delivery directions
Add an alternate or work address
Include a mobile number and email for tracking updates.
If your delivery is delayed, please let us know and we will follow up with the courier.
Note: Remote or rural areas, including the Scottish Highlands, may require up to 2 days for delivery.
Sending a gift? Confirm the address with the recipient in advance.
Specific delivery date? Add it in your order notes so we can schedule accordingly.

Packaging
All items are packed in cardboard boxes with shredded paper. During warm weather, we include ice packs (non-refrigerated delivery).
Disclaimer
If a delivery cannot be completed within 48 hours, or during warmer periods, we may postpone or cancel temperature-sensitive orders. You will be contacted to arrange an alternative or receive a refund.
Returns
We do not accept returns for perishable goods. Exceptions include:
- Pasta
- Bread
- Olive oil
If there is a quality issue, please contact us with photos and a brief description of the issue within 48 hours of your delivery arriving so we can assist you.

Local Collection: Free
Next Day Delivery: £6.95 for orders under £100
Free Delivery: on orders over £100
