The Semidana is a monocultivar cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from Academia Olearia, made only from olives of the same name.
Semidana has a gentle and fruity taste with light bitter tones, a hint of golden apple, almond and a large spicy imprint, which then remains on the palate with a pleasantly persistent note. It is well balanced, allowing for combination with delicate flavours, such as seafood dishes.
