Pecorino allo zafferano is a semi hard sheep’s milk cheese made with organic raw whole milk and aged from 60 to 120 days.
Pure organic Sardinian saffron is added to the curd, giving a distinctive product with a unique deep gold colour. A delicate balance of aromatic saffron and buttery sheep's milk flavour. Best enjoyed with fruits, preserves, vegetables or added to pastas and risottos.
