Cena Sarda at Bakery 4
Following the success of our sold-out pop-up at Mabel Cafe in South East London, Capo Caccia returns with a new date for our popular Cena Sarda, a Sardinian Dinner, on Friday the 15th of November! This time we are teaming up with Bakery 4, located in Fish Land, in Hackney Wick.
We'll showcase our flavours with a bespoke menu, prepared by chef, Paolo Del Pizzo using Bakery 4 bread and Capo Caccia ingredients and drawing inspiration from Sardinian local recipes like Fregola Sarda with Seafood and Zuppa Gallurese. Veggie options are available.
Paolo began cooking ten years ago in London, where he had the opportunity to work in a range of environments, from fine dining to more casual settings. Early in his career, Paolo learned the importance of carefully sourcing ingredients, without changing them too much. This became a key aspect of Paolo’s cooking.
Mattia & Veronica are the heart and soul of Bakery 4, a DIY bakery started during lockdown. Their floor-to-ceiling windows let in lots of natural light and make it a perfect spot to enjoy their freshly made bread. Bakery 4 also has a selection of natural wines and beers.
For this Cena Sarda, we're joining forces with Dispaccio Wine who specialise in natural wines. Paolo will choose some delicious wines to pair with Capo Caccia ingredients for an amazing menu.

There are 30 places indoor available, with a large communal table of ten and tables for four to five people, plus bar stool seating for 14, where you can enjoy the view from the window or you can watch the chef in action. If possible, please specify if you have any allergies or food restrictions when you book your place. We'll be back to you to confirm your booking. Service charge included.
