Sulla honey has a light, white colour when crystallized, and a delicate, pleasant flavour, with no aroma. Invigorating and mildly detoxifying, it is produced from the Sulla flower in the upper Marmilla area, where the Sulla grows wild. Sulla honey contains high levels of potassium and other minerals. It's a real boon when it comes to stimulating diuresis and combating water retention, helping eliminate toxins and waste from the body. It allows the kidneys to eliminate significant amounts of water, indirectly reducing blood volume and pressure. The potassium it contains promotes effective recovery after physical activity, particularly with regard to the minerals expelled during sweating. In addition to minerals, it contains vitamins A, B, and C.
