"Fruttato Medio - Giuseppe Fois” Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This fruity extra virgin olive oil obtained using olives picked at medium maturation. It's mainly bosana olives and this year our producer used the tonda di Cagliari olives as well. It is a high quality of good structure, with a bright green color with golden reflections, a clear olive scent and a soft aftertaste on the palate.
