In the 2023 we had an unusually hot summer in Sardinia and whilst this affected the quantity of olive oil being produced, it resulted in very high-quality olive oil. The 2024 olive oil is rich in flavour with buttery texture, marked piquant notes, well balanced characteristic bitter flavour, and fruity aftertaste.
