It's slightly peppery cured loin of pork, with a colour ranging from pink to bright red when cut.
It has a delicate smell, good flavour and sweet taste, It's flavoured and washed in white wine and cured naturally and slowly for 2-3 months.
All our meat products are gluten and lactose free.
