This is a thin sausage obtained from very lean meats still cut by hand to keep all the flavour. It's named after an ancient recipe typical of the Oristano area in central Sardinia, with a well-balanced blend of spices including fennel seed and nutmeg. 

The sausage is made in natural casing and cured for 25-30 
days. Fully gluten and lactose free.
