Ruby red colour. It is intense on the nose, with a good complexity of floral aromas combined with fruity sensations of muddled raspberries, ripe mulberries, and stewed cranberries. The taste is dry, gently warm, soft with long finish, good freshness and corduroy-textured tannin.
The grapes are grown on sandy schist and granite soils, it is fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel silos. It ages in cement vats.
It goes well with appetizer, pasta and rice, vegetables or soups.
Serve at 14°C - 16°C
