Our cannonau wine vinegar has a clear, brilliant natural ruby red color with garnet reflection. An Intense characteristic aroma with lively notes of wine vinegar, hints of ripe red fruits, such as black cherry and pomegranate, subtle spicy notes, harmonious and pleasantly acetic. Its taste is balanced fresh, persistent and clean with a delicate dry finish.
It can be used in fresh salads and raw vegetables, with young and aged cheese or bruschetta. Ideal for marinating poultry and bluefish, dressing, gourmet vinaigrette and finish a dish.
