"Fruttato Medio - Giuseppe Fois”
This fruity extra virgin olive oil obtained using olives picked at medium maturation. It's mainly bosana olives and this year our producer used the tonda di Cagliari olives as well. Particular care is taken in the cold pressing process, combined with the quality of the different cultivars, resulting in a well balanced oil with hints of fruitiness and a delicate bitter, spicy scent, which makes it particularly pleasant for every day use.
