Our producer selects the very best cuts: the fillets, Tarantello, Ventresca and Buzzonaglia, to obtain high-quality delicacies, excellent served as appetizers and main courses.
The Yellowfin Tuna is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins A, B and E.
It is handcrafted in Sardinia, following the ancient "Carloforte" recipe. Our tuna fillets is marinated in organic extra virgin olive and it has a compact, soft ad tasty meat. It is available in 190g glass jar.
