A fresh and lively red wine and easy to drink. Made from native red grapes in the Gallura region of Sardinia, it captures all the vitality of the surrounding nature.
This is evident in the purplish highlights of its colour and the freshness of the fruit expressed on the nose in a fruity-floral alternation of ripe dark fruit, cherry, blackcurrant, cedar wood and cyclamen, currants and roses with herbaceous hints. Very fresh and juicy on the palate, lively acidity, soft tannins. Harmonious, medium finish. Native yeasts fermentation and aging exclusively in steel. Ideal as an aperitif with semi-mature pecorino and mixed milk Brundu, or to accompany pasta dishes with meat, ragù. Also try it with swordfish or grilled red tuna.
