
Saporoso Balsamic Vinegar from Modena is produced by the Malpighi family who have been making balsamic vinegar for five generations.
This high quality balsamic condiment is obtained by cooked grape must and it has been aged for 6 years in barrels of oak and 6 months in steel containers. It is tart with delicate accents of wild flowers, grass and cooked mustard.
We recommend using Saporoso on grilled, cooked and raw vegetables, roast meats, poultry and game.
