The cayenne pepper cultivated in Sardinia is a moderately hot chilli pepper with an intense flavour and aroma, and a long, gently spiced aftertaste. The use of a special drying technique and the clear air and hot weather of the island guarantee the high quality of this product. Only the ripest chillies are selected.
These crushed chilli peppers contain no colourants or preservatives.
